Steven earned a BA and MBA from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and has served on a variety of volunteer organizations throughout his career. To him, there is nothing more satisfying than spending time with his family, especially his Golden Retrievers Bella & CeCe. Steve is a bit of a domestic artist: he knows his way around the kitchen; he’s handy with concrete and carpentry; and has a bit of a green thumb too.

With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Steve is the founder of the team. His personal and professional character are most apparent as he perfectly blends seller needs with the appropriate buyers and investors. His ability to work swiftly and effectively in our ever-changing market is clear as he regularly provides higher offers than the competition; creating a “win-win” for sellers, buyers and investors.
